TPA · 01 · /RECIPES · TWELVE AUTOMATIONS · ALL BUILT AND RUNNING

The Recipe Shelf.

Twelve automations I’ve built and run myself. Each one is documented end-to-end. In the cohort you’ll pick yours based on what’s eating your week.

A recipe is a real, working system on my machine, not a theoretical pattern. Some replace subscription tools. Some replace habits. All of them are yours to keep when you build them.

The anchors are R-01 (the cohort keystone), R-06 (financial), R-08 (file hygiene), and R-12 (this site, built with Claude Design). The rest are below.

01

Foundations · the spine

The two recipes that make everything else possible. R-01 (Personal MCP) is the cohort’s first build. R-02 stacks on top of it.

Calendar MCP

Make your calendars AI-readable. Plan with the model, not against it. Read and write. Your AI can see what's scheduled and propose what's next.

Context & Memory · teach AI who you are

Recipes that take you from “the AI is generic” to “the AI knows my work, my voice, my patterns.”

Daily Life · run your kitchen

The recipes most people pick first. Concrete relief for things you do every day.

Email Automation

Triage, draft, file, surface. Stop letting your inbox run your morning. The agent reads, sorts into four buckets, and drafts replies for the ones that need them.

These are the recipes today. As I build new ones, they get added to the shelf. Cohort participants get access to whatever’s on the shelf when they show up, and contribute new ones back to it as they build.
